Key Accountabilities
- Digital strategy and roadmap: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy for biologics manufacturing, aligning with AI trends.
- Technology investment and adoption: Collaborate on technology investments to enhance manufacturing efficiency and minimize errors.
- Portfolio orchestration and delivery: Oversee digital portfolio delivery, ensuring accountability and stakeholder communication.
- Data strategy and compliance: Co-lead data strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Value-based scaling: Prioritize digital solutions based on business value, streamlining processes.
- Cross-functional leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, serving as a liaison between project teams and senior leadership.
- Culture and change leadership: Promote digital culture and change leadership across the region.
- Partnerships and Digital ecosystem: Manage digital strategy governance and optimize partnerships for sustained adoption.
Essential Skills/Experience
- Proven delivery of complex projects and large change programs; influences change and drives performance on time, on budget, and in scope
- Strong business acumen in pharma; manufacturing mastery with experience leading cross functional teams in regional to global settings
- Deep understanding of AI technologies and application to operations, and tech implementation; advanced AI training
- Working knowledge of GxP and data integrity, and the ability to design solutions that meet regulatory, ethical, and sustainability standards
- Exceptional collaboration, networking, and relationship building; credible influencer at all levels
- Confident, thoughtful communicator with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills who builds trust and alignment
- Enterprise leadership: creates innovative solutions, leads through ambiguity, and sets clear priorities, resources, and targets
- Proven budget ownership translates technical topics into business language aligned with AZ context; builds high performing teams
Desirable Skills/Experience
- Degree in relevant subject area or formal certification in business analysis practice
- Proficiency with Lean and Agile practices and the ability to apply them pragmatically in Operations
- Strong experience leading complex pharmaceutical manufacturing programs and high-performing teams in a global environment
- Operational expertise in risk management and contingency planning
- Familiarity with the latest technology and thinking
- Effective problem and conflict resolution skills and proven team focus
- Proven experience of successfully deploying a variety of business analysis tools/techniques to enable business change
- Proven experience of working with complex integrated systems, using creative and strategic thinking to deliver exceptional results
- Experience managing and leading teams, both directly and in matrixed environments
